Training Plan

Let the count down begin, 12 days until my next half marathon!! I'm really excited to go to Indy!! I feel like I’m in pretty good shape, but I have been slacking a little with my training. Here is the plan for this week:

Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 45 minute tempo run + strength
Wednesday: 3 miles      
Thursday: 5 miles + strength
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Cyclones 5k
Sunday; 12 mile run
